Returns & Refund Policy — Carter Crafts

At Carter Crafts, I take great pride in the quality of my 3D prints. Because each item is made to order specifically for you, I have the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.

The Maker’s Quality Standard

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Unlike mass-produced injection-molded plastic, 3D-printed items may have small cosmetic imperfections such as:

  • Visible layer lines (a hallmark of the process).

  • Minor stringing or support material residue.

  • Slight color variations between batches.

These are not considered defects but are part of the unique character of 3D-printed products.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Change of Mind: Because each item is printed to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind about the product. Please double-check colors, sizes, and dimensions before finalizing your order.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. I will happily send a replacement or issue a refund for damaged goods.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong color or model, please reach out immediately. I’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Since I often start printing shortly after an order is placed, I can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of the order being confirmed. After that, the materials have likely already been consumed for your print.
