Thank you for shopping with Carter Crafts! Because our products are produced on demand through our printing partner Printify, we only accept returns or issue refunds under specific circumstances explained below.
No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
All items are custom-printed when your order is placed.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

Disliking the style or design
Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the issue

A short description of the problem
Once reviewed and confirmed, we will issue your replacement or refund.
Photo Evidence Requirement
Printify requires photo proof for all claims.
Your photos must clearly show:

The damaged area

The misprint
-
Or the incorrect item received
Claims cannot be processed without photographic evidence.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will open a claim with Printify on your behalf.
A replacement or refund will be issued once Printify confirms the loss.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase only.
After production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout:

Carter Crafts is not responsible for failed delivery attempts.

If the package is returned to the print facility, it can be reshipped once the additional shipping cost is paid.
